Privacy Policy

This website is a static set of pages. It has no contact form, no account system and no comment sections, and it does not ask you to submit personal information through the site itself.

When you call us, we take the details needed to schedule and perform service: your name, address, phone number and notes about the appliance and the visit. We use those details to run the appointment, keep service records and contact you about the work. We do not sell customer information.

Like most websites, the hosting service may keep standard server logs that include IP addresses and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running. This site does not set advertising trackers of its own.

The contact page embeds a map provided by Google Maps; that embed is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms. The map loads only as part of that page.

To ask what information we hold about a service visit, or to ask us to correct or delete it, call us. We will handle the request in the ordinary course of business and confirm when it is done.
