Terms of Service

This website provides general information about the appliance services offered by College Grove Appliance Repair Pro in College Grove, Tennessee. Information here, including typical price ranges in the cost guide, is general guidance and not a quote for your specific job.

Every repair or installation is diagnosed first and priced upfront for your appliance and fault. Work begins only after you approve the price. If a diagnosis reveals a further fault that changes the scope, we explain it and obtain approval before additional work.

Scheduling windows are estimates made in good faith. Traffic, parts availability and the job before yours can move an arrival time; when that happens we call to update you rather than leave you waiting in silence.

Troubleshooting content on this site, including the blog, is general information for homeowners, not instructions for any specific appliance. Work involving gas lines, sealed refrigerant systems, microwave high-voltage components or home electrical panels should be performed by a qualified technician.

Brand names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the equipment we service. We are an independent local service company and do not claim factory authorization or dealer status for any brand unless we state it with evidence on this page, which we currently do not.
