Frequently Asked Questions
Are Arrington and Eagleville really in your service area?
Yes. Arrington is about seven miles from College Grove on the Arno Road side, and Eagleville is the rural town just south of us. Both are regular routes, scheduled on the same basis as in-town calls.
Do you serve Franklin and Brentwood?
They are on the edge of our Williamson County coverage. Call and tell us the address and the appliance, and we will confirm honestly whether we can serve it well or whether a closer company serves you better.
Will I know the price before work begins?
Yes. We diagnose first, explain what we found in plain language, and give you an upfront price for your options. Nothing is repaired or installed without your go-ahead.
